Acherontia atropos or the Death’s-head hawkmoth found throughout Europe and Africa, made famous in the film Silence of the Lambs. Papilio Dardanus or the Flying Handkerchiefhas been described as the most interesting butterfly in the world due to its ability to mimic the appearance of other species.
Many of my specimens come from historical collections, others through from breeding and conservation projects (read more here).
